Dr. Ciara O’Reilly brings with her to our Swords practice her 10+ years experience of working in long well established general practices in both Dublin and the UK.

Dr O’Reilly has commonly treated three generations of families throughout her clinical practice.

In addition to her private practice experience, she has spent time in 2013-14 working in specialist clinics at the Dublin Dental Hospital and currently holds a dual emergency/general dentist role with the VHI 360 clinic Carrickmines.

Dr. Ciara O’Reilly holds an honours dental science bachelors degree from Trinity College Dublin and is a member of the Faculty of Dentistry at the Royal College of Surgeons Ireland. She was awarded the prestigious Adrian Cowan Medal in 2011 and the Irish Dental Association 5 year clinical and academic award in 2012. Dr O’Reilly was nominated by her patients for Colgate caring dentist of the year 2021. She is a past member of the Irish dental benevolent society 2015-2019 and has volunteered as a dentist in Peru and Tanzania Africa during her career.

She has an interest in catering for a wide variety of dental needs at our Swords Practice, including general (oral health/function), cosmetic and emergency care that is evidence based and for the next generation.

She hopes to bring a personable, preventative and lifelong approach to her care of all our patients in DCI Swords.

Dr Emma Rose qualified from Trinity College Dublin in 2016 with a First Class Honours degree in Dentistry and initially worked in the Dublin Dental Hospital before starting her career in family dental practice. Emma Rose has a particular interest in looking after child patients, as well as nervous adults and strives to make their dental experience as comfortable as possible. 

Dr Emma Rose also works part-time as a Clinical Supervisor on the paediatric clinic in the Dublin Dental Hospital. She is an active member of the Irish Dental Association and likes to keep up to date with regular training.

Dr Emma Rose likes to spend her spare time travelling, cooking and spending time with family and friends.

Dr Mollie-Ann Gallagher graduated from Trinity College Dublin in 2018 with honors and has been working in private practice in Dublin ever since. She attained a post-graduate diploma in Primary Care Dentistry with the Royal College of Surgeons in 2019.
Recently nominated for the Colgate Caring Dentist award, Mollie-Ann enjoys all areas of general dentistry including composite bonding and particularly working with nervous patients.

Dr Eleni graduated in 2012 from the Dental School of Aristotle University of Thessaloniki. 

In 2015 she opened her own practice in Thessaloniki, Greece practicing general dentistry with a focus on restorative dentistry, endodontics and oral surgery. 

Following her passion for medical science, she undertook a three year MSc in Hospital Dentistry, graduating in 2020. During her post graduate studies she was trained on the dental management of medically compromised patients, treating patients under general anesthesia and oral surgery. 

Since her graduation she continued to pursue continuous experience and knowledge through seminars and courses focusing on restorative dentistry, dental photography and prosthodontics. 

In 2019, she attended a course on advanced prosthodontics in the Private Practice of Dot. Gianni Persichetti in Rome, one of the most famous practices in Italy. 

In 2020, she was invited as a webinar speaker from the Academy of Clinical Dentistry in Greece. 

In 2022, she graduated from the one year Clinical Program on Implant Dentistry in the university of Cologne, Germany. 

We are delighted to welcome Patrick to our fantastic team at DCI Swords. Patrick brings a wealth of experience as a General Dentist and Implant Surgeon, further strengthening our commitment to providing exceptional care.

Patrick graduated from Trinity College Dublin in 2002. He completed a two-year implantology course in 2004, laying a strong foundation for his expertise in predictable implant placements. In 2010, he earned the prestigious two-year FGDP Diploma in Implant Dentistry, along with the Advanced Certificate in Bone Augmentation.

Patrick has contributed to the field as a tutor on the Diploma in Implant Dentistry at the Royal College of Surgeons London, where they mentor general dentists in implant placements. He has also pursued advanced implantology courses in Brazil, Germany, Hungary, and Italy—countries renowned for leadership in dental innovation.

Patrick is an active member of several professional organizations, including the Association of Dental Implantology, the British Dental Association, the Faculty of General Dental Practitioners, and the International Team for Implantology.

Known for making patients feel comfortable, Patrick is dedicated to providing conservative and sensitive care, especially for those who are anxious about treatment. 

Beyond dentistry, Patrick enjoys golf and running, having completed four marathons, including the San Sebastian marathon in April 2017.

Dr Juliet Johnson graduated from the University of Otago with Distinction in Dental Surgery and a Bachelor of Science in Genetics. She worked in sunny Northland, New Zealand, prior to making the move to Ireland to join us at DCI. 

Open and honest communication is her strong suit. All dental concepts are explained in a manner that people can understand, with unnecessary jargon removed. Patients share feedback of feeling empowered and confident about their treatment plan ahead.

Juliet admits to being a perfectionist. She takes pride in producing high-quality work, while being kind and compassionate to all. 

Outside of work, Juliet is a keen swimmer, runner, and enjoys her regular pilates classes at the gym. She has also competed internationally as a bagpiper and loves spending time with family and friends.

Dr. Paula Abreu Campbell brings over 20 years of experience in dentistry to her practice. She graduated in 2004 from PUC/Campinas in São Paulo, Brazil, and has since committed herself to excellence in dental care. In 2015, Dr. Campbell completed her post-graduation in Orthodontics in São Paulo, further honing her expertise in the field.

Continuing her pursuit of advanced education, she earned a Master’s degree (MSc) in General Dentistry from the University Fernando Pessoa in Portugal in 2023. Dr. Campbell believes in the importance of continuous education and regularly participates in advanced training programs to ensure she provides the highest quality care to her patients.

Dr. Campbell is passionate about creating beautiful, healthy smiles and is dedicated to offering personalized orthodontic solutions tailored to each patient’s needs

Christine O'Callaghan graduated from the University of Cork in June 2019 with a Diploma in Dental Hygiene. Christine is also certified in intra Oral and Panoramic Radiography with a qualification from Cork University Dental School in 2019. Christine works two days a week in Dental Care Ireland Swords on Thursdays and Fridays. Christine can see patients under their PRSI Dental benefits scheme and also patients with VHI Dental Policy.

Robert Whelan has been a Dental Practice Manager for four years and is currently Practice Manager in Dental Care Ireland Swords.
