Gina Kilfeather BDS Dip Clin. Dentistry As a local of Greystones, Gina has developed a great rapport with all her local patients over the last few years.  Gina moved to Cardiff, Wales to study dentistry at Cardiff University, then took the decision to move back to Ireland and joined the family practice in 2010 after working in general practice in the UK. Gina has a keen interest in all aspects of dentistry and is undergoing a masters in orthodontics. She is also a member of the Faculty of Dental Surgeons at the prestigious Royal College of Surgeons Edinburgh.  

Dr Ali Logue joined the Dental Care Ireland Greystones practice in 2018. Ali graduated with a Bachelors degree in Dental Surgery from University College Cork in 2015. In 2017 she completed the Diploma in Primary Care Dentistry with the Royal College of Surgeons in Ireland and hopes this year to complete their membership exams.

Ali has an interest in all aspects of general dentistry but has a keen interest in helping nervous patients to achieve their routine dental care at ease. Ali also enjoys helping our youngest patients in their early years of dental treatment.

Ali is a firm believer that developing good dentist-patient relationships along with kindness, understanding and compassion is the key to a pleasant dental experience and this is what Ali strives for with all her patients.

Dr Lean McMorrow qualified from Trinity College in 2016 with a Honours Degree. Lean has worked with Dental Care Ireland since she qualified and is now based in both our Knocklyon and Greystones practices. She also has experience working abroad in Melbourne, Australia in 2019. Lean enjoys all aspects of General Dentistry. She is currently continuing her education undergoing a Post Graduate Diploma in Advanced Aesthetic & Restorative Dentistry with the University of Portsmouth. 

Ciaran, a Limerick native, graduated from Trinity College, Dublin in 2019 with an Honours degree in Dentistry. Ciaran worked in the Dublin Dental University Hospital for two years, gaining experience in a wide variety of dental specialities. He also has over 2 years experience in private practice. Ciaran is interested in all aspects of dentistry, from educating children on the importance of oral health to treating anxious patients or complex cases. He is committed to furthering his education through courses in aesthetic dentistry and Clear Invisalign Aligners. In addition, Ciaran enjoys travelling and has volunteered in the Caribbean previously.

Dr Rory Fleming B.A.B.Dent.Sc (Trinity College 1992) has been Principal Dentist in his practices in Swinford Co. Mayo and Tubbercurry Co. Sligo since 1995 and 2006 and has now merged these practices with Dental Care Ireland Castlebar. Rory is a Mayo man, and a very experienced and skillful general dentist. Rory has completed a Masters in Prosthodontics at Kings College London. He is a calm and kind dentist with a strong commitment to keeping up to date with the latest procedures in dentistry. When not at work he loves the outdoor life and supporting the Mayo GAA team.

Dr Alessandra Barbedo qualified from the Dentistry School, PUC University in South of Brazil. She got her Specialist degree in Orthodontics in São Paulo and a Masters degree in Dentistry, at Fernando Pessoa University (Portugal). 

Dr Alessandra Barbedo is a member of Irish Dental Association, American Association of Orthodontists and World Federation of Orthodontics.

Dr Alessandra Barbedo values keeping up to date with the greatest techniques and products, offering the best for her patients. Over the years, she has had the opportunity to continue her dental education from the most recognised and respected names in Orthodontics in Brazil and internationally.

Her passion lies in being able to provide a wide range of orthodontic solutions for her patients. This allows her patients the opportunity to consider different options for straightening their teeth while having a minimal impact on their lifestyle. She provides clear aligners (Invisalign treatment), cosmetic and metallic braces for both children and adults, helping them to achieve a great and brilliant smile. 

Elaine is a qualified dental hygienist having obtained her dental hygiene qualification from UCC. Elaine is registered with the Irish Dental Council, General Dental Council UK, Bahrain Dental Council, and with the Dubai Health Authority.

Elaine has plenty of experience working in busy surgeries; orthodontic and general practices. She has worked locally and internationally. Elaine spent a couple of years in Bahrain and Dubai practicing as a dental hygienist. The experience she achieved from working in the Middle East was most valuable. She worked closely within the multi-cultural community. 

Elaine is happy to be now working in Greystones, the place she grew up in. 

Elaine takes an interest in teaching children about their oral health, and applying fissure sealants to their teeth to help prevent possible decay. 

Elaine is also passionate in helping patients to stabilise periodontal issues, and resolving gum disease. She puts patients with sensitivity, or who may be nervous, at ease. Elaine likes to carry out her work in a gentle and thorough manner.

In her spare time she is studying a BA in psychology, and likes playing sports. 

Sharon started as a Dental Nurse in the University Hospital of Wales in her hometown of Cardiff. She then qualified as a Dental Hygienist from Guys’ Dental School in London in 1987.

After a few years of working in London, she moved to Ireland in 1997 where she has worked as a Hygienist with both General and Specialist practices since then! Sharon is also qualified in administering local anaesthesia to patients who require it. 

Sharon lives in Co. Wicklow with her four children and two dogs. In her spare time, she enjoys swimming and going to the gym. She is also a keen horse rider at competitive level.

Rachel Coughlan is the Practice Manager at Dental Care Ireland, Greystones. Rachel began as a Dental Nurse in a Dublin-based practice back in 2008, shortly after, she moved to Australia where she stayed for over 7 years and gained most of her experience. Rachel has a keen interest in Implant Dentistry, so along with being Practice Manager she also nurses alongside Ed from time to time.

When Rachel is not at work, she likes to spend time with family and friends and take long hikes!
