Niamh qualified from University College Cork with an honours degree in Dentistry. She joined the practice in Claregalway as an associate in August 2017. Since then, Niamh has built up a big patient base and has gained a great rapport with her patients since.
Niamh is kind and caring towards all patients, taking each individuals needs and wishes into account. She takes time to go through diagnosis and treatment plans ensuring each patient understands what is involved. Her calming and friendly nature is remarked by many.
Niamh has a keen interest in preventive dentistry and working with children. She always has the patient’s best interest at heart and making each and every experience in the dental chair an enjoyable one from young to old. She also gives time over to ensuring every patient is aware of best oral hygiene techniques and habits.
Such is Niamh's passion for dentistry, she travelled to Nepal in 2016 to Kathmandu on a Dental Outreach trip - carrying out preventive dentistry, restorative dentistry and most importantly oral hygiene advice to the rural communities with little or no access to dental care.
Niamh attends different talks and workshops to continue her learning and skills to keep up to date with best treatment methods and options available to all of her patients.

Dr Siobhan Gardiner graduated with an Honours Bachelor of Dental Science from Trinity College Dublin in 2019. Following graduation, Siobhan spent over 2 years working in a busy private practice in Limerick City, where she developed a particular interest in restorative and paediatric dentistry.
Dr Siobhan Gardiner takes pride in the quality of dental care she provides to her patients and is known for her kind, patient nature, providing treatment in a calm and relaxed environment. In 2018 Siobhan travelled to Siem Riep, Cambodia and provided dental treatment to children and adults of the area.
Siobhan enjoys keeping up to date with the latest advances and techniques in all areas of general Dentistry by attending regular dental conferences and courses.
A native of Galway, in her spare time Siobhan enjoys playing camogie. She was part of the All-Ireland winning Galway camogie team in 2021.

Dr. Amanda is our newest addition to the Claregalway team. She comes from the Canary Islands (Spain). She graduated in 2021 from the University of Granada and completed a postgraduate degree in which she further deepened her knowledge in the integral treatment of both children and adult patients.
As a dentist, her professional ethical values are above anything else. She always gives priority to the wellbeing of the patient and to being able to establish a great patient-doctor relationship.
She is passionate about her profession and works hard every day to improve and to be able to offer her patients quality treatment that achieves their needs and expectations. For her, a fundamental aspect of the treatment is to make sure that the patient is calm and has understood the whole procedure correctly.
Her main interests are in the area of restorative and orthodontics, a speciality in which she plans to start training in the near future.

Dr Anastasiia Yermilova graduated from the University in Kyiv in 2016 and holds dental science bachelor’s degree. After University she completed 2 years of a Postgraduate Internship Education and has been working in a large private specialty dental practice since then, doing mostly root canal treatments under the microscope. She also attended many courses and lectures both nationally and internationally.
Dr Yermilova has a special interest in Endodontics. She performs root canal treatment and re-treatment under the microscope at the highest level possible.
Dr Yermilova is a member of Irish Endodontic Society, and she is enrolled in the MSc in Endodontics at Birmingham University.
She is passionate about establishing good relationships and trust with patients, ensuring they understand the dental procedures available to them and to make them feel relaxed throughout the treatment.
In her spare time away from the microscope Dr Yermilova likes to spend time with the family, travel around the country, explore new places and enjoy natural beauty of Ireland.

Dr. Marina Martinez is a general dentist who graduated from Universidad Complutense de Madrid. She has a special interest in restorative treatments and prosthodontics. Dr. Marina Martinez focuses on providing effective and personalised care to help patients maintain and improve their oral health.

Dr Niamh O'Rourke completed her dental degree with a number of prizes and awards in 2001 from Trinity College Dublin and worked in private practice as well as hospital dentistry for a number of years before returning to study to complete her specialist training in orthodontics through the Royal London Hospital and Queen Mary University of London.
Dr Niamh was awarded the prestigious JK Williams gold medal from the Royal College of London and Glasgow for her performance at her specialist orthodontic membership exit exams in 2014. She has a number of publications in peer reviewed journals including her masters research which was published in the American Journal of Orthodontics and Dentofacial Orthopaedics.
Dr Niamh then completed a further 2 years consultant training with Kings College Hospital London and the Royal Surrey County Hospital. This gave Dr Niamh experience in dealing with the most complex of orthodontic cases - many involving multidisciplinary care including advance restorative needs and jaw surgery. She was awarded her fellowship in Orthodontics with the Royal Colleges in 2016.
Dr Niamh has since held posts in private practice in London as well as a consultant post at the Eastman Dental Hospital. She currently holds a consultant post with the HSE.
Niamh is passionate about orthodontics and is listed on the Irish Dental Council Register of Dental Specialists as well as being a member of the Orthodontic Society of Ireland, British Orthodontic Society, the American Association of Orthodontists and World Federation of Orthodontists. She is committed to providing the highest standards of care for all her patients and keeping up to speed with current orthodontic developments.

Dr Ricardo Trindade graduated in 2002 from the Faculty of Dental Medicine, University of Lisbon, in Portugal. He soon moved to the UK, where he first worked as a general dentist in the NHS and private practice, and held a hospital post in Oral Surgery.
Dr Ricardo Trindade has been through postgraduate training in the UK and many other countries, thus being exposed to different approaches and building up resources that his patients can benefit from.
He has been working with dental implants for over 20 years, and was deeply involved in implant research in Sweden, having received a PhD from the University of Gothenburg’s Sahlgrenska Academy, the world renown pioneering center in Implant Dentistry.
Ricardo enjoys spending time listening to his patients and getting them to feel comfortable and at ease in the dental environment, while taking each patient on the journey to regain oral function and confidence with their smiles. His focus areas involve Implant Dentistry (main field), Oral Surgery, Periodontology and Prosthodontics.

Dr Ahmed AlMajmaie is a Dental surgeon with a special interest in Surgical Dentistry, all aspects of general dentistry, with more than 10 years of clinical experience. He believes in providing gentle, honest, and personalised care for every patient, and takes time to explain each step clearly to ensure a comfortable and stress-free experience.
Dr Ahmed has worked with different teams across a variety of roles and positions, and was appointed as a Registrar in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery at Galway University Hospital, where he practised for three years. He currently works part-time as an HSE Registrar and as a Dental Surgeon with Dental Care Ireland.
With a strong interest in evidence-based dentistry, Dr Ahmed is committed to continuous professional development. He has attended multiple scientific conferences and courses both nationally and internationally, and has presented and published posters and articles.
On his free time he enjoys horse riding and he regularly attended the races in Galway.

Síle Melia is a Dental Hygienist in our Claregalway practice. Síle began her dental career as a trainee Dental Nurse in 2008. She received a Diploma in Dental Nursing with distinction from Dublin Dental University Hospital in 2010.
She then went on to study Dental Hygiene in 2013, receiving a Diploma in Dental Hygiene with first class honours from Cork University Dental School and Hospital in 2015. Since qualifying, Síle has worked in several practices in the west of Ireland, gaining lots of valuable experience along the way.
Síle is registered with the Dental Council and is also a member of the Irish Dental Hygienist's Association.
