There are two primary types of sedation available at Northumberland Dental Care: Conscious Sedation: This is the most common form of sedation. Administered intravenously, conscious sedation helps you to relax significantly. You may feel drowsy and, in some cases, drift into a light sleep. Despite this, you remain responsive and can communicate if necessary. Our team monitors you closely throughout the entire procedure to ensure your safety and comfort, and the sedation is carefully reversed once
