No, Northumberland Dental Care doesn not currently partake in the DTSS (Medical Card) scheme, meaning they are unable to accept medical card patients. However, the practice does facilitate private, PRSI and dental insurance patients.
We will do our up-most to accommodate any emergency dental appointments. If you have a dental emergency, please call our reception team on (01) 6688441 and they will be more than happy to assist.
Yes, all major healthcare providers are accepted at Northumberland Dental Care. However, we do advise to contact your healthcare provider directly in regards to any specific treatment you may require and cover level. We will complete your relevant forms at the end of treatment, and any further details you require.
In some cases these providers offer a contribution towards treatment such as wisdom tooth removal.
VHI also offers a contribution towards dental implants in certain circumstances. Again we would advise contacting your insurance company directly for specific queries.
