Dr Denis Daly graduated in Dentistry from Trinity College Dublin. He completed a year of Vocational training in General Dental Practice at the University of Southampton and gained enormous experience is all aspects of dentistry working in Private Practice in Portsmouth, England for 5 years.
In 1994, he was awarded a Diploma in General Dental Practice at the Royal College of Surgeons in London. On returning to Ireland he took over Rathfarnham Dental Practice from Dr George Ernest Kelleher. In 1999, he was appointed a trainer for newly graduated dentists and he also mentors Undergraduate Dental Students.
In 2000, he was awarded a Diploma in Clinical Dentistry from Trinity College Dublin and continued studies at the Royal College of Surgeons in Ireland. He has served on Irish Dental Association and Irish Endodontic Society committees. He is current President of the Irish Dental Benevolent Society and serves as a trustee.
In 2022, he was inaugurated as a fellow of the prestigious International College of Dentists. He has a keen interest in all aspects of high quality life long dental care and continual education both in Ireland and abroad.

Dr Eimear McEniff qualified from Trinity College Dublin in 2001 with an Honours Degree in Dental Science. The Dental Council awarded her their Prize for Best Student in Restorative Dentistry and Periodontology. Following a year working in the Dublin Dental School and Hospital as a Tutor and Clinician, she joined Rathfarnham Dental Practice in 2002. She spent 2008 in the USA and then came back permanently in the practice.
Dr Eimear is committed to post-graduate development. She has presented at the European Association of Paediatric Dentistry and the International Association of Dental Research. She has served as Secretary on the Metropolitan Branch of the Irish Dental Association. Dr Eimear was recently nominated at the Colgate Dentist of the year awards. She enjoys all aspects of delivering high quality personalised dentistry and we are delighted to have her with us at Dental Care Ireland, Rathfarnham!

Dr Ivan Woulfe graduated from University College Cork in 2012. During his time there he received a number of awards for both clinical and academic achievements, most notably the British Society Restorative Dentistry Award. Following his graduation, Ivan spent several years working in private practice in Greater Manchester. Here, he was quickly recognised for placing significant emphasis on delivering the highest quality dental treatment, along with excellent patient comfort and care. Dr Ivan enjoys spending time getting to know his patients, assessing their needs and developing effective treatment plans to serve those needs.
While working as a general dental practitioner he completed further professional studies being awarded MFDS by Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Glasgow in 2017. His interest in Cosmetic Dentistry led him to complete the Aesthetics and Periodontics Masterclass in the world renowned Eastmann Dental Institute in London. Ivan is continually involved in professional development and attends local lectures and conferences in Paediatric Dentistry, Special Care Dentistry and in the treatment of nervous patients. When he’s not looking after his patients he enjoys running and cycling.

Dr Paul Reilly is our implant dentist at here at Dental Care Ireland, Rathfarnham. He qualified from the University of Manchester in 2015 and subsequently gained four years of valuable hospital experience at Guy’s and St Thomas’ NHS Foundation Trust in London and Oxford University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust. During this time, he developed his skills in oral and maxillofacial surgery and restorative dentistry, whilst simultaneously completing a postgraduate diploma in Primary Dental Care with the University of Kent.
In 2017, Dr Paul was honoured to win the People’s Choice Award at the British Association of Oral Surgery Scientific Conference poster exhibition. He successfully achieved Membership to the Joint Dental Faculties with the Royal College of Surgeons in England that same year and currently holds membership with both the Faculty of Dental Surgery and the College of General Dentistry.
In 2020, he returned to Ireland to be closer to family and further his career in private practice. Since returning home to Dublin, he has continued to undertake extensive post graduate training in the fields of soft tissue surgery, dental implants and aesthetic dentistry. He has attended various conferences and courses held in Europe, Asia and North America to get a global perspective on the best techniques to offer patients under his care. In 2025, he completed his Masters in Implantology with the University of Bristol achieving a distinction, underscoring his commitment to clinical excellence.
Dr Reilly is known for his technical precision and calm, compassionate manner—helping patients feel informed, comfortable, and confident at every stage of their treatment. In addition to treating his own patients, he also welcomes referrals from general dentists for implant treatment and oral surgery and is happy to work in close collaboration to support seamless, high-quality care.

Claudia qualified as a Dental Hygienist in 2024 from University College Cork and has been working with Dental Care Ireland in our Rathfarnham practice for over the past year.
Her journey in the world of dentistry began in 2020 when she graduated from the Technological University of the Shannon with a Higher Certificate in Dental Nursing. During her time as a dental nurses she realised she would like to be more involved in the treatment and care of the patients. This led her to apply for the Diploma in Dental Hygiene course in 2022.
Claudia enjoys educating her patients on oral care and passing on her knowledge to help patients with their dental hygiene while in the dental chair and also from home.
Her particular interest is in periodontal patients and younger patients who may have orthodontics or are just becoming independent with their hygiene. She believes that educating patients properly from a young age can drastically decrease oral hygiene issue in the future.

I am a Registered Dental Hygienist with over a decade of experience. I graduated with a Bachelors degree in Oral Hygiene in 2013 from the University of Pretoria in South Africa. I’m passionate about helping patients gain confidence through their smiles and being part of that transformative journey. Outside of work, I enjoy staying active and have a love for travel and new experiences.

Sandra is the Practice Manager here at Dental Care Ireland Rathfarnham.
Sandra completed a Certificate in Social Care before starting as a trainee Dental Nurse in 1999, and has been working in DCI, Rathfarnham ever since. She qualified from DDUH as a Dental Nurse in 2002. She has also completed sedation training in London and has written articles for the IDNA journal.
