If you refer a patient to see one of our specialists, your patient will be treated by that person only. We will honour our commitment to you and will work together with you to ensure continuity of care for your patient between your practice and ours.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><b>How to Refer Your Patient<\/b><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">There are a number of ways you can refer a patient to Northumberland Dental Care:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Send a letter to us at; <\/span>Northumberland Dental Care, 58 Northumberland Road, Ballsbridge, Dublin 4.<\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Email us at info@nidm.ie<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Submit an online referral our <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.dentalcareireland.ie\/nidm\/referring-dentist\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">website<\/span><\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">After the consultation has taken place, a treatment plan including timescales and costs will be sent to the patient.
