Appointments<\/h2>\n

We recommend you visit your dentist for regular dental examinations at Northumberland Dental Care. Your dentist will always advise you of when you require your next dental examination. The interval between check-ups depends on how healthy your teeth and gums are and your risk of future problems.[\/vc_column_text][vc_column_text css=””]<\/p>\n

Emergency Appointments<\/h2>\n

[\/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]If you require emergency dental treatment please call us on (01) 6688441, and we will try our best to accommodate you. Should an emergency arise outside of our opening times, then our answering service will advise you of what you can do to access treatment.[\/vc_column_text][vc_column_text css=””]<\/p>\n

Cancellations and Missed Appointments<\/h2>\n

[\/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]Should you need to cancel an appointment you have made with us, please provide us with at least 24 hours\u2019 notice. This will enable us to offer your appointment slot to one of our other patients.
\nPlease be aware that should you miss your appointment or fail to cancel with at least 24 hours\u2019 notice, you may have to wait several weeks before we could see you again. Please also be aware that there will be a charge of Euro 60 for missed appointments. Please note, this charge may vary for specialist appointments due to length of time booked.[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][vc_column width=”1\/2″][vc_column_text css=””]<\/p>\n

Payment<\/h2>\n

[\/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]Payment for treatment can be made by cash or most major credit cards and will be due after each appointment. We do not accept medical cards at Northumberland Dental Care.<\/p>\n

Current fees for any Private Treatment you may choose to have will be given to you in your treatment plan options.[\/vc_column_text][vc_column_text css=””]<\/p>\n

Our Service<\/h2>\n

[\/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]We hope that you will be entirely satisfied with both the dental treatment and service you receive from us. If, for any reason, you are not happy then please contact the practice manager in the first instance. Northumberland Dental Care takes all complaints seriously and will ensure that any are handled in accordance with its complaints procedure.[\/vc_column_text][vc_column_text css=””]<\/p>\n

Confidentiality<\/h2>\n

Free Invisalign Go Assessments – T&C’s<\/h2>\n

  • Due to the nature of these appointments, late arrivals cannot be accommodated<\/li>\n
  • This assessment does not constitute a full dental exam; it is solely to assess if suitable for Invisalign Go<\/li>\n
  • Invisalign Go is for mild-moderate ortho cases only. Should you not be eligible, Dr Collins can refer you to a Specialist Orthodontist<\/li>\n
  • Dr Collins is an Invisalign accredited provider for the Invisalign Go system<\/li>\n
  • Invisalign Go is only suitable for candidates over the age of 18<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
