It\u2019s important to bear in mind that these may have to be replaced after teeth whitening to ensure your smile and tooth colour tone are consistent.<\/p>\n<p>Then, we will discuss the shade you require, and take impressions of your teeth to make customised whitening trays for you. Next, you\u2019ll receive these trays along with a whitening kit for use at home, which includes a special whitening gel.<\/p>\n<p>In general, teeth whitening trays and gel are used for an hour a day for seven to 14 days to achieve the best results. It is normal to feel a little sensitivity during the treatment, so don\u2019t be concerned.
