Life at Dental Care Ireland

At Dental Care Ireland, although we are a medium-size enterprise, we always try our best to retain our small company support ethos. One of the main ways we achieve this is never allowing our employees to be seen as “just a number”.

Our people are what make our practices; they are the driving force behind the company’s success and our most valuable assets. Therefore, we will always ensure the environment within our practices is supportive, friendly and most importantly, enjoyable!

Work for the Best

Our Vision

“Trust the people you work for, have pride in what you do and enjoy the people you work with”

We always strive to achieve the above by working closely with our teams to hear their needs and support them, whether that be inside or outside of work.
